House plans, straight in the browser

You raise the volume of the house from parameters and the 2D plan falls out of the model: walls, door and window openings, dimensions and a scale bar. You never draw the same thing twice.

The plan comes from the model, not the other way around

In classic programs you draw the plan first and extrude afterwards. Here it is the other way round and faster: you build the house from parameters, then cut at any height and get the exact plan without redrawing. Move a wall and the plan moves with it.

What the exported plan contains

Ground floor, upper floor, attic

Cut at 1.2 m for the ground floor, raise the level for the floor above. The house generates with as many storeys as you want and the room grid changes from two numbers: rooms across the width and across the depth.

Dimensions and quantities

Automatic dimensions on the three axes of any selection, and an analysis panel with footprint area, height, bounding volume and material volume. The cost sheet adds an estimate per material.
