Guide: your first house in five steps
No CAD experience needed. Five steps and you have a complete house, with a render and a plan.
1. Open the architecture editor
Go to the editor and pick architecture mode. Nothing to install; the first load takes a few seconds, then the program stays in the browser cache.
2. Start from a template
Hit Inventory, the Templates category, and choose Family house. A whole scene appears: a two-storey house, fence, trees, a car and a human figure for scale.
3. Change the parameters
Select the house and, in the right-hand panel, change width, depth, number of floors or rooms. The building rebuilds instantly, windows and roof included.
4. Apply materials and light
Alt-click picks only the walls so you can give them brick, then stone for the base course. The time slider moves the sun; shadows and reflections recompute themselves.
5. Take the result out
“High-quality render” gives you a clean 2000 px image. “Plan SVG” exports the vector plan. “Export STL” prepares parts for the printer. And “Share” gives you a link anyone can open.
