Frequently asked questions

The most common questions, answered briefly.

Is it free?

Yes. The editor, the account, the project library and the exports are free. There is no project limit and no card required.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It works in any modern browser with WebGL: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari. There is also a version you install locally if you want to run it offline.

What computer do I need?

Any laptop from the last five years. You can lower render quality with a slider if the scene gets heavy.

Which formats does it export?

Binary STL and OBJ for printing and file exchange, GLB for the web, SVG for the 2D plan and PNG for renders.

Can I work with someone on the same project?

Yes. You invite a colleague by email and both of you can save. The last 20 versions stay in the history and you can roll back to any of them.

Where are the projects stored?

In a database on the server that runs the program. If you install it locally, your data stays on your computer and never leaves it.

Does it work on a phone or tablet?

Yes. The interface rearranges itself on small screens: object bar at the bottom, sliding panels, one-finger rotate and two-finger zoom.

How is it different from other online 3D editors?

Objects stay parametric after you place them, the boolean operations are real, and the architecture side generates whole buildings, with a 2D plan and a cost sheet.
