No powerful workstation and no licence needed. You generate the volume of the house from parameters, dress it in real materials and pull renders and plans out of the same window.
From parameters to a building
Set width, depth, floor height, number of storeys and the room grid. The program raises exterior and interior walls, cuts door and window openings, adds frames, sills, a base course, a cornice and the roof. Any parameter change rebuilds it on the spot.
Check the space before you build it
Walk mode puts you at eye height with wall collision: you go through doors, move between floors and feel how big the room really is, not just on paper.
2D plan, dimensions and cost
Cut the building at any height and get the plan as a vector SVG file, with walls, openings and a scale bar — ready for a folder or another program. The cost sheet gives you volumes per material and an estimate.
Show the client with a link
Press Share and you get a public address. The client opens the model in their browser, spins it, walks inside and leaves a comment — no account, no installation.
